Become a ValetBook valeter

ValetBook is a booking platform that connects local customers with independent, self-employed mobile valeters. Customers book online and pay £10 to ValetBook towards the valet, and we send the job to a local valeter in the area.

When a customer books in your area, you'll be offered the job with all the details up-front — vehicle, address, date, time window and the full fixed price. You accept the jobs that suit you.

Applying to ValetBook does not create employment. You remain self-employed and are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance and business obligations.

You'll need valid public liability insurance and your own valeting kit. Onboard water and/or a generator are a big plus — customers often don't have an outdoor tap or outdoor socket.

Prices are fixed by the platform based on vehicle size, condition and extras — you cannot change a confirmed booking price. The £10 deposit is retained by ValetBook. The remaining balance is paid directly to you by the customer after the service has been completed. If a vehicle has been described incorrectly or extra work is genuinely needed, contact us — any adjustment must be approved by us and agreed with the customer before extra work is carried out.
