1. About us
ValetBook ("we", "us") is a booking platform operated by [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], registered address [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS]. We connect customers with independent local mobile valeters.
2. Our role
We arrange bookings and take a £15 booking deposit. The valeting service itself is provided by the assigned independent valeter. The remaining balance is paid directly to the valeter on the day.
3. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and postcode coverage.
- A £15 non-refundable-within-48-hours deposit secures your booking.
- We confirm your booking by email once a valeter is assigned.
- Quoted prices are estimates; the valeter may adjust for excessive dirt, pet hair or size (you will be told before work starts).
4. Payment
The £15 deposit is processed by Stripe. The balance is paid on the day directly to the valeter (cash preferred; most also carry a card machine).

6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate address, postcode and vehicle details.
- Ensure safe access to your vehicle and a suitable working area.
- Remove personal valuables before the valet.
- Confirm mains water availability where relevant.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of the deposit paid (£15). Claims relating to the valeting work itself should be raised directly with the assigned valeter.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
