Do I need to provide water?+
Some valeters may need access to mains water, but some can work with onboard water. Tell us during booking and we'll check availability.
Can you clean my car at work?+
Yes, as long as there is suitable parking and permission for the valet to be carried out.
Do I need a driveway?+
A driveway or private parking is ideal. If you don't have one, we'll check whether the location is suitable before confirming.
What happens if it rains?+
If weather makes the job unsuitable, we'll contact you to rearrange.
How far in advance should I book?+
Please book at least 3 days in advance so we can check availability.
What if my car is extremely dirty?+
That's fine, but heavy soiling, pet hair, mould, smoke smell or biohazards may cost extra or need a custom quote.
Can I choose a specific valeter?+
Not at this stage. We'll arrange a suitable approved local valeter for your job.
Are the valeters insured?+
We aim to work with suitable local valeters and ask for insurance details during onboarding.
